Reservation Policy

  • Please note that we offer limited bookings online.
  • If your preferred dining time is unavailable, please call the restaurant directly on 03 9598 4188
  • Same day bookings: For same day bookings after 5pm, please call the restaurant directly.
  • To make changes to an existing reservation call the restaurant directly or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • Please note that no changes can be made to an existing reservation via this online system.
  • On Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights we run two sittings, an earlier family time sitting which can be booked between 5 & 5.45pm where the tables should be vacated by 7.00, and a dinner sitting from 7.15pm onwards.
  • Please check the additional information section on your confirmation email for any booking conditions.
  • Please note that Pinocchio is not a BYO restaurant, we have a fantastic range of wines for your enjoyment.
  • Celebration cakes: you are welcome to bring your celebration cake. There is a $5 per person cakeage
  • We will make every effort to have your table ready at the desired time of booking however from time to time short delays may be encountered

We do take group bookings, however it is dependent on restaurant availability and your group size,
